This Partner Privacy Policy explains how Whoosh Holding Co LLC ("Whoosh," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information about partners and prospective partners who visit our partner website, apply for or use a Whoosh Partner Account, or run a Whoosh-powered Storefront (together, the "Partner Services").

What this policy does not cover. This policy does not apply to information about customers who buy through a Storefront or through whooshwellness.com. That information, including any health information, is governed by the Whoosh Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices posted at whooshwellness.com. The Partner Services are a technology platform only. We do not collect health information through them, and partners do not receive customers' health information through them.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. Depending on how you use the Partner Services, this may include:

- Contact details, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

- Account details, such as your login credentials, plan selection, and account settings.

- Tax and identity details, such as the information on your Form W-9, including your Social Security number or Employer Identification Number, which we need to pay you and meet tax reporting requirements.

- Payout details, such as the bank account where you receive Payouts.

- Billing details for your Monthly Subscription Fee. Card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

- Storefront content, such as your logo, photos, bio, pricing selections, and the social media handles you share with us.

- Communications, such as emails, messages, support requests, and call notes.

- Marketing preferences, such as whether you want to receive partner newsletters or promotional texts.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our partner website or log in, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, time spent on pages, and general location (such as city or state), using cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from our payment and payout processors, identity or business verification services, public sources such as your public social media profiles (for example, when reviewing a partner.
